As well as preparing Lease Plans, Fuse 3 also worked alongside Lyndales Solicitors when they decided that their current office layout was not being used to its full potential.

The brief was to:

• Maintain the existing number of workstations
• Reduce the overall office footprint
• Provide additional store facilities
• Increase the level of natural light coming into the office
• Explore the possibility of an ‘open plan’ solution
