TESCO MERCHANDISING

AVT’s Retail Focus is software which has been developed to unite merchandising, store planning, construction and inventory management into CAD based floor plans which produce store specific merchandising information and an accurate capture and analysis of fixture data, allocated space and adjacencies.
Fuse 3 is now the sole CAD services supplier to Tesco for their Retail Focus merchandising software. Involved from the inception and aiding in the development and maintenance, Fuse 3 have a flexible team in Tesco Head Office giving a complete CAD management service. Working with Tesco on creating a modular payment structure, Fuse 3 have given transparent costs and timescales which have enabled accurate budgeting, delivery schedules and cost savings to Tesco.
