TESCO STORE PLANNING

Soon after forming Fuse 3 began working closely with Tesco Store Planning. Over the years we have planned various schemes for the planning department, from full store refreshes or retail and office layouts of new stores to smaller concessions such as opticians and pharmacies. On occasion we have also given project management support.
In 2008 we helped plan the roll out of around 100 Travelex bureau de change pods into Tesco stores by conducting store surveys, producing CAD proposals and also obtaining approval of the schemes from several different areas within Tesco itself.
Most recently we have played a part in planning new glazed draught lobbies onto almost 150 Tesco stores, working to amazingly tight deadlines we never allowed our quality to be compromised and as a result our store planning team received a personal award for all of their hard work.
